Welcome to the Spirals of Light 7 day program to balance, activate and energize your chakras.
Each day we will explore one of the 7 Chakras and learn how to bring that Chakra into balance. This program is based upon my Aromatherapy Gemstone Infused Chakra Sprays which were created to increase the quality of your health, body, mind and spirit. The intention of this program is to help you improve the function of your chakras by restoring the flow of energy to each Chakra, bringing balance and well-being to your entire body.
You can begin this program on any day of the week. Start whenever you like. This program was designed to be used for 7 seven consecutive days. You may repeat it any time you desire, or choose to take 7 weeks and work with each chakra for an entire week. This is a great way to come to know the chakra energy system.
Lets first take a look at what Chakras are. Chakras are spinning vortexes of energy. The word Chakra comes from the ancient Sanskrit and translates as wheel. If you imagine a wheel of luminous colored energy, pulsating, spinning and vibrating, you’ll have a pretty good idea of what a Chakra is. Chakras aren’t something you can see with the eye. They form our subtle body. There are seven main chakras and they each have a specific function in our lives. When any one of these 7 Chakras are out of balance it can affect us physically, mentally, emotionally or spiritually. Energy flows into the Chakras two ways. Firstly, upward from the base of our spine, through the Root Chakra, and secondly, from above, entering our Crown Chakra, and flowing down the Chakras. When Chakras along the path are blocked, energy is prevented from flowing to the rest of the Chakras. When all of the Chakras are open and balanced we feel a sense of well being on all levels. Each Chakra corresponds to a physical, emotional, mental or spiritual aspect of ourselves. Each Chakra has a different color, sound, symbol and gemstones that relates to the specific Chakra.
Its best to do these chakra balancing exercises first thing in the morning before you go off on your busy day. Remember to drink lots of pure water as you go through this program. I suggest you keep a journal or notebook to record your success. It can help keep you focused and record how you are feeling each day. This is a program of self reflection and introspection, along with lots of fun! So pick up that note book and Lets Begin!
Write down why you have decided to follow this 7 day program. It all begins with intention. What is your intention? Of course it’s to balance your chakras, but go deeper. How would you like to be feeling when this program is finished? What changes would you like to see in yourself, physically, mentally spiritually, emotionally? Take a few minutes to write down what comes to you. This will be very helpful at the end of the 7 days. We’ll be doing some writing each day, but for right now write about your over all feelings of well being, or lack of. Keep it short, a few paragraphs will be plenty.
