The safest, easiest and fastest way to place an order is through the web site using PayPal with your credit card. Your personal information is protected and secure. If you prefer not to use PayPal, please email with your phone number and the best time to call. I will call you to take the order by phone.
Your order usually ships within 2 business days after received. If the item is not in stock it may take a few days longer as I will create it for you. I will contact you to let you know if there will be any delays. My postage rates are for United States domestic use only. Please see info on international rates.
I usually ship United States Postal Service. Depending on where it is going and where I am located, I will ship first class or priority mail. You can usually expect your package to arrive 2-4 days after shipping. Shipping includes delivery confirmation but not insurance.
I do not ship overnight or express, sorry for the inconvenience as I live too far out of town to ensure delivery to the post office in time for next day service. Please plan accordingly.

If it does become necessary for you to return an item, please email me within 3-5 days stating why you would like to return the item. I will tell you where to send it. Send it back well packaged, you can save our packaging and send it back in the box or mailer it arrived in. It is recommended that you obtain delivery confirmation. Only original, unworn jewelry will be accepted for return. Once I have received the item, I will issue you a refund less the shipping charges through your paypal account.
I use only the finest gemstones available. All the products are strung on a strong steel cable. I use glass seed beads and faceted glass beads as accents to the gemstone beads. All jewelry is guaranteed and will be repaired free of charge should breakage occur under normal wear (but not if your parrot chewed through it!) Please email me to let me know what problem you have. I will contact and tell you where to send the item for repair.
I am happy to make special orders. Length adjustments can easily be made. (Not available for one of a kind necklaces). Just email me your request.
