Yoga & Meditation

Yoga is a lifestyle.

You don't "do" yoga,
you "live yoga."

My own yoga and meditation practices inspire my jewelry designs. I love incorporating sacred symbols like Om and the lotus flower into my necklaces and earrings. You will see jewelry made with Buddha pendants and Tibetan beads. I often take Crystals and Gemstones like Rose Quartz onto my yoga mat.

The following is a little overview about my Yoga and meditation practice, which are influential throughout my products and services offered on this website.
I can remember being introduced to yoga in high school as part of the gym program at the age of 16.  Not knowing anything about yoga, its origins or spiritual connection, I immediately fell in love with gym classes where we practiced this form of “exercise”.  I started my investigation into yoga with books on yoga and meditation throughout my teens.
Over the years, I would continue yoga practice at home, at my own pace, exploring different forms of yoga, mostly Hatha Yoga.  Meditation and Yoga became a way of living for me.  I discovered many forms of both eastern and western spirituality. Yoga and meditation were my consistent thread.
Tara Mandala with its many teachers, offers me a complete path of meditation practice, study, and spiritual retreats in the tradition of Vajrayana Buddhism.
I sit on the Mandala Board of Tara Mandala Key West, a Satellite Sangha under the leadership of Ellen Booth Church. We meet weekly through Zoom, offering meditation and teachings.
Key West Tara Mandala
Tara Mandala is dedicated to bringing people to realization through the Buddhist teachings.
Through Lama Tsultrim's vision, Tara Mandala holds space for the emergence of the sacred feminine, through the lens of Vajrayana, leading to the balance of genuine partnership between the masculine and feminine in our world
Tara Mandala is committed to fostering a welcoming atmosphere for all people to explore the teachings of the Buddha, and we are committed to cultivating a community that values diversity and inclusion.
In February 2020 at the age of 62, I stepped into a 200-hour Kali Natha Yoga Teaching Training program and became a certified Yoga teacher.
I incorporate aspects of Kali Natha Yoga into my Classes, Workshops and Sound Healing Meditations.  I am open to new discoveries this Yoga reveals to me.

Kali Natha Yoga
is the Yoga of Awakening.

Ma Jaya Sati Bhagavati

Kali Natha Yoga is handed down to us by Ma Jaya Sati Bhagavati, the founder of Kashi Ashram, in Sebastian Florida.  I was drawn to Kali Natha Yoga from my very first class in 2018 and felt like this was the form of Yoga I had been waiting for all of these years.
Kali Natha Yoga is a moving prayer.  It combines movement with awareness, mindfulness, prayer and breath. It includes Deity Yoga, Kundalini Yoga, Tantric Yoga, and Vibrational Sound with Mantra, Mudras, Meditation and Pranayama. Kali Natha Yoga is rooted in the Divine Feminine.
